The most iconic hotel of Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Hilton was famous for so many things, most notably which was the presence of cultural legend Elvis Presley and his family for his epic tenure of standing performances and the many entertainment records and milestones he achieved there. Chef Grant partnered with Blau & Associates to be the stewards of the conversion of this grand old lady of Las Vegas, to the new Westgate Hotel. Chef Grant assumed the role of culinary director and oversaw the culinary program along with some incredible events that brought together so many of the Vegas community and entertainment scions, to remember this historic property. Chef Grants team revamped 5 F&B outlets, opened the new Edge Steak house and brought the Culinary program as a whole back to profitabiltiy in less than 6 months.
