Claire West and Chef Grant have collaborated on many very successful occasions this decade and January’s Nashville Sony Music dinner was certainly no exception. Chef arrived in Nashville with his friend and colleague Chef Chris Eagle to help create this experience for a group of  Sony Music industry professionals and several new and exciting artists. Of note are “The Sisterhood” featuring Ruby Steward the daughter of legendary rock singer Rod Stewart in attendance and performing this intimate showcase at a beautiful event space in Nashville in the middle of a rare Tennessee  snow storm. The Chef’s menu featured River Smoked trout rillet, an Organic Chicken confit of leg, and a honey crisp apple cobbler.
