Chef Grant traveled to Newport Beach to prepare an exclusive dinner as part of real estate showcase for a one of a kind property in Crystal Cove. This elite event was hosted by none other then Jojo Romero from Bravo TV’s “Real Estate Wars”. Chef Grant’s menu featured a Colorado Lamb T-bone, Miso Salmon, and a Striped fig & apple cobbler.
