The Hawaii festival has been a favorite event for Chef Grant since its inception in 2010. Last years festival event was the Taste of the Seasons on the beaches of the lavish Disney Aulani, Ko Olina property. Chef Grant was thrilled to rub shoulders with friends and colleagues like Hubert Keller, David Burke, Chris Consentino, and of course Chef Roy & Chef Alan. This special evening was hosted by the always entertaining Adam Richman, and the support was incredible. Chef Grant’s dish this year was a spicy malaysian chicken satay with chunky peanut sauce. Chef Grant was assisted by Camille Cadiz, Sous Chef at Alan Wong’s Honolulu, and an amazing team from Leeward College Culinary School.
