Chef Grant was on fire for the Saturday night Corks & Forks gala at Hawai’i Food & Wine 2013. A Scotch duck egg with big island boar, pickled fennel and a meyer lemon emulsion was the dish.
A great event, great Chefs, amazing dishes, the Honolulu Convention Center was the place to be.
