Chef Grant created incredible dishes for the 2013 Crossroads festival at Hard Rock Cafe in NYC and there were lots of interesting folks there to experience the flavors.

Short rib martinis, Mac and Cheese bites with homemade ginger ketchup, Lobster rolls, Chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, Grass fed beef sliders with aged cheddar and homemade pickles, and lamb chops with tomato fondue.
