The Aventura project and the Turnberry Isle Resort has a very special and important place in history for south Florida and Miami. Founded by the iconic visionary Donald Soffer in the late 1960’s, the property continues to be as relevant as at any other time since its opening, being voted Best Florida Resort property for 2021 by Leisure Travel Magazine, and the #1 Florida resort for three years running by the Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards.

Grant signed on to bring the ScotchMyst consulting touches to several outlets at Turnberry, including the 8 million dollar grossing Corsair Kitchen & Bar, the Surf House Bar & Grill, and the Soff’s Lounge. The updates included new menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Working closely with Jeff Soffer and his food and beverage team, the project was a huge success, working at Turnberry was fantastic experience and you can see the results on your next visit to Turnberry.
