American Food 2.0: United to Feed the Planet. Chef Grant served as the culinary director for a Three month stint, assisting with task lists, food vendors, and also getting on board the legend kitchen designer Jimi Yui from NYC. He also visited Milan for a site inspection for the James Beard restaurant in Central Milan in addition to designing the food trucks.
