For 4 days in Wisconsin, Chef Grant, Stella Artois culinary ambassador, thrilled attendees with a sexy take on chicken with waffles during his “Hosting beautifully for the holidays presentation. His second menu included a king prawn salad with green papaya slaw and roasted peanuts, Braised eight hour short ribs with black and white truffles, potato puree, autumn vegetables and port wine sauce, followed by a caramelized anjou pear tart with vanilla bean ice cream and salted ghirardelli caramel truffles.
